This prescription drug program is adjudicated by General Prescription Programs, Inc.

Federal and State restricted drugs, including insulin are covered under the program, however, certain drugs are not covered, such as fertility drugs, drugs for cosmetic use, impotence drugs, growth hormones, and smoking deterrents (only maximum of six month supply for lifetime).

Prescriptions at retail are limited to a maximum of a thirty days supply. Mail order is limited to a maximum of a three months supply.
